Click the name of your blog on the Blogger dashboard. Click "Settings" on the left side of the page

Click "Basic" under Settings, then click "Permissions."

Click "Add Authors" under Blog Authors. Enter the email addresses of people you want to invite as authors and separate each email address with a comma. Click "OK." Google sends an email invitation to each invitee.

Watch for your invitees to appear as authors in the Blog Authors section. Invitees will appear here after they accept the email confirmation.
